How HIC started
Our founder, Zander Fryer, was making over $200K a year as an engineer at Cisco. On paper he had it all. In reality he felt empty.
Then he lost his best friend of 20 years. That moment made one thing clear: time is the one resource you never get back. In August 2016 he left his corporate job to become a coach.
Even though he was in debt and had never built a business, he hit 6 figures in under 4 months and his first 6-figure month within a year. But he saw other great coaches struggling to do the same, and knew he couldn't reach everyone alone.
Success is a team sport.
That's how High Impact Coaching was born: a team built to give coaches, specialists, and experts the skills, strategies, and support to build the business they were meant to have.
